If you love fresh corn on the cob but don’t like  shucking it, this is the recipe for you. I use the term recipe lightly. 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 

Put corn in the oven, shucks and all, for 30 minutes or until corn is soft. Remove from oven and let cool slightly so you can handle it. Shuck. It peels like magic. Nothing like shucking it raw. The silks come right off, too.
